School Captains

Reynella East College Captains and Vice Captains are the student voice for the student body. The Year 8-10 Captains, Vice Captains and Deputy Vice Captains are elected by a Learning Community to represent them for the year. They must be in Year 10 in order to be elected and each office has a male and female position.

Their role is one of peer support for the all students in their Learning Community and to support and assist their Coordinators in organising Community and school activities.

Likewise the Senior School Captains and Vice Captains are elected from their cohort. Their roles and responsibilities are similar to the 8-10 Leaders but the Year 12 Leaders are given the extra responsibility of being whole school Captains and as such represent the student body at all formal functions both in and outside of the school.
