Middle Years

The Middle Years includes years 7 to 9.

Years 7, 8  and 9 are divided into five learning communities, containing five or six Year 7, 8 and 9 home groups in each. The classes are taught by core subject teachers who are based in that Learning Community, and the Learning Communities are each led by a Learning Community Manager, a Learning Community Tutor and a dedicated case management team. As a result, close relationships are developed within the Learning Community and a clear sense of identity is developed.
