The Year 12 Hospitality class was tasked to select an international cuisine of choice to then plan and prepare a 2-course menu suitable for lunch time customers. Students worked hard to ensure they followed their time management, showed their cooking skills and collaborated as a team. Guests arrived at 1pm to a culturally inspired and decorated VET cafe where customers enjoyed a lovely 2 course luncheon.
