Year 11 Food and Hospitality students have been working hard on their Café Food Trends assignments, which looks at the influence of food trends in the social media world and how these affect cafés’ menu options. Each group had to choose a café dish and present it in ‘Instagram style’ ready for the launch of our @rec_foodies Instagram page-EXCITING!
