Study Tours

Reynella East College hosts a range of study tours throughout the year. We have hosted groups from Japan, China, Korea, New Caledonia and Thailand, and provide opportunities for students to experience our amazing college in both primary and secondary settings.

Study tours usually range in length from 10-14 days. The programme is flexible so that the individual requirements of each tour group can be met, and we work closely with agents to provide a high quality programme.

Study tours include intensive written and oral English lessons and excursions in and around Adelaide involving cultural activities such as visits to wildlife parks and Adelaide city.

We are also able to integrate some classes with local students and all participants are supported by a local ‘buddy’ to enhance their school experience in Australia.

Ritsumeikan Junior and Senior High School: Kyoto, Japan
Nihon Gakuen Junior and Senior High School: Tokyo, Japan
Wao Mirai High School: an online school located in Okayama, Japan
Toyo University Ushiku Junior and Senior High School: Japan
James Cook International School: Noumea, New Caledonia
SACE College: Hanoi, Vietnam

Homestay

Study Tour homestay families are chosen carefully by the International team at our school. We take pride knowing our host families are caring and they support each student to get the most out of their experience. Many of our families have children that attend Reynella East College.

Students will also have a school buddy who will meet with them at recess and lunch times assisting them around the school, and a certificate will be given at the completion of the programme.
